Two people registered, one does not have an FRN yet. Make sure to get your FRN number before coming to the test. Kayla AC1W now has her VE credentials. Thanks for joining the team!

Club Activities/Presentations/Opportunities: 
Any ideas -!! The club is interested in Your thoughts and suggestions. 
Let us know if you want to do a presentation or are interested in a topic and we will see what we can do to get a program together. 

Old Business:

Repeater Committee Meeting: we had a meeting and have selected a main a backup technician to be available to check on repeaters and schedule service if needed. 

Hospital 440 Repeater: back online and working well.

Monterey 240 Repeater controller: controller has been installed, and it seems to be working well. 
Jeff has a different version to install later. 

New Business:

Christmas net for kids: John Keith presented the idea. look at doing a Christmas broadcast over the 240 repeater. Jim AC8AG will reach out to John to plan something out. 

Yaesu DR-2X repeater. They are doing a promotional price for clubs. 

Send out a pole to the club to see if there is interest in a digital repeater in the county.
