Secretary’s Report: Not much to report. One correspondent asked for information about AuxComm. Information passed to Jason.


Treasure’s Report: Balances Read, some funds still need to be deposited, and the insurance has been paid for.

Club officer nomination next month. 

Allegan County Fair Special Event Station. September 11th-13th, 2026
W8F will be our callsign for the event.

Christmas Party: December 12th, 2026 11AM Location: TBD
Possibly look at moving up to 10AM john will get information.

Grant Application: Ideas for upgrades to our systems.
John has talked to ac8gn about possibly taking his repeater pairs if we wanted to put up repeaters in the Saugatuck area. 

Club equipment insurance update:
John has paid for the next year. 

New Business:

Club Pota Operations: Next outing date? How did the last event go?
Nothing scheduled right now but we will look at doing another event in the future. 


John has requested to be W1AW for a week in October. John will open his personal station to be used by anyone in the club. If interested get ahold of John AC8HZ. Oct 28th- Nov 4th.
